【201章娅妮说展柜】找什么样的展柜供应商?

上周开工之后,陆陆续续供应商也开工了,找工作的人也多了起来,把去年年底已经收了定金的订单下到生产车间安排生产,刚开工展柜厂里也不是特别忙。


来看我们工厂谈展柜业务的客户也会提前2天预约,不会贸然到访,因此我有很多时间,去做一件比较重要的事,到我们的供应商处去看看,也筛选一些新供应商,客户的要求在变,我也要与时俱进,时时更新我们的材料和技术。

都说做生意,两头靠一头,要么是生产要么是业务,而我们本身就是一家做了30年的展柜老牌工厂,也积累不少老客户,是两头都占优势。

有许多供应商是主动找上门的,从多方面渠道联系我,就打比方说一个最基础的五金供应商,我们原本有2家合作的五金公司,但是多多少少不是很满足我们客户的生产要求,今年主动联系到我的已经有3家工厂,我让他们把地址发给我,一定是距离近的先考虑合作。

他们可以主动联系我,这就说明他们对业务对以后我们之间的合作还是很重视的,这肯定比我去找他们要好。可我看了3家之后,这样1个小时是看不出什么所以然来的,只能加了VX回去之后长期考察之后才能做出决定。


供应商看多了,靠不靠谱第一印象在心里有一把秤,有些老板是属于能说会道的,在外面吹的天花乱坠,做起事来一塌糊涂,有些是忠厚老实的,也或许会做的一塌糊涂,总之选择供应商是一件需要投入精力、时间、金钱的事情。

这跟要开珠宝店的客户一样,他们选择一个工厂也很难,现在互联网越来越发达,每个人都会上网传播自己,因此选择的对象更多了,信息更眼花缭乱,以前不上互联网,反正身边人推荐哪家就哪家,因为你也找不到其他厂家。


找到这么多厂家之后,还要进行对比,有这么多的干扰因素,做出选择也是很困难的一件事情,尤其我们的准客户一旦制作展柜都是一笔不小的费用,小几十万,多的也有上百万,更不容易轻易下决定。

因此我们工厂不仅把设计品味和制造质量对标国际一线大品牌,更要正心正念对待客户,宁愿这笔订单不做,也不能欺瞒消费者。


每天勤勤恳恳地发布展柜推广信息,勤劳营业,每一天都不带落下的,做到这样也不简单,难在“每一天”。把销售展柜当做自己一生的事业,这样工作节奏和精气神要传递给客户,是实实在在在做这份事业的,这样的人肯定比每天懒散三天打鱼两天晒网的人把事情做好的概率更大,也不怕他们收了钱就消失。
